Trash and Recycling Collection
The board has resolved the issue of recycling with BFI. Recycling services will be provided on a house-by-house basis. You must call CMG to sign up for recycling pickup; otherwise your recycling will not be collected.
Because the association pays for this recycling service, we ask that you sign up only if you intend to recycle regularly. Recycling collection will occur every other Friday. The next recycling pickup is on 5 Mar 2004. Trash Collection Tips and the 2004 Recycling Collection Schedule are available on the Lake Shore website.

Neighborhood Watch Update
There have been several burglaries in our area lately (not all within the Lake Shore community).
The pattern is:- Entry: By breaking a window or using a pet door
- Time: During the day (possibly between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM)
- Exit: Usually through the front door
Let's all try to be a little more vigilant. If you hear a barking dog, don't dismiss it. If you see a suspicious vehicle, pay attention and get the license plate number. Contact your block captain or Lisa Kelly by phone (303-337-1989) or e-mail (dkelly1058@aol.com) if you have any information.
