About the Lake Shore Community Association
Purpose
The Lake Shore Community Association is a Colorado nonprofit corporation formed to operate and manage the common Lake Shore community property and the Lake Shore covenant bylaws for the purpose of enhancing and preserving the value of the property and benefit to community members.
Membership
Every person or entity who is a record owner of a plot of land within the community is a member of the association and is entitled to use and enjoyment of the community property as provided in the covenant declaration.
Fees
Association dues are $90 per month, per residence. Checks should be made to The Lake Shore Community Association, Inc.
Due
Payment is due by the first of each month and delinquent after the tenth. The amount due after the tenth is $115.
