Front Range Recreation Penalties for Pool Rules Infractions
- First Infraction: Verbal warning and explanation of the reason for the rule.
- Second Infraction: Swimmer asked to sit out of the pool either next to the lifeguard chair or outside of the office for 10 to 15 minutes. Swimmer needs to explain the rule prior to being allowed back into the pool.
- Third Infraction: Offender shall be sent home for the day. If this action is taken, an Incident Report must be filled out and either the head lifeguard or pool manager will try to contact the parents.
- Repeat Offenders: The pool manager should be notified of repeat or constant offenders in order to take additional disciplinary action.
- Please note: Any violent behavior of any nature or any intimidation of the lifeguards, whether by physical, mental, or verbal abuse, shall result in a suspension of pool privileges for whatever time period as deemed appropriate by the association.
